About Ansaari
The Ansar (meaning "helpers" or "supporters") were the local inhabitants of Medina, primarily from the Banu Khazraj and Banu Aus tribes, who embraced Islam and welcomed Prophet Muhammad and his followers (the Muhajirun) during the Hijrah in 622 CE.
They are revered in Islam for their selfless sacrifice, providing refuge, sharing wealth, and defending the early Muslim community.
